TeaLink Terms and Conditions

Welcome to TeaLink! TeaLink is a platform created to help Iranian diaspora discover and participate in meaningful cultural, social, and professional events around the world. By accessing or using the TeaLink app or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Service.

For legal and security purposes, certain data (e.g. transaction records) may be retained for up to 90 days before complete removal.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

TeaLink may modify these Terms at any time. If major changes are made, you’ll be notified via email or in-app notice. The most recent version will always be available on the app and website.

Your Account
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Creating multiple accounts or impersonating others is strictly prohibited.
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

User Conduct

By using TeaLink, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes
  • Harass or impersonate others
  • Upload or share inappropriate or offensive content
  • Interfere with the integrity or functionality of the platform

Event Participation
  • TeaLink enables users to discover and attend events, but does not organize them (unless specifically stated).
  • Event organizers are solely responsible for their event content, quality, and safety.
  • By RSVP-ing or buying tickets, you consent to sharing necessary information with event organizers.

Payments and Transactions
  • Paid event tickets are processed via Stripe, a trusted third-party payment provider.
  • TeaLink does not store your complete payment information.
