How to Deactivate or Delete Your Account

Open the TeaLink App

Cloud StorageTap on Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Choose to Deactivate or Permanently Delete your account

Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your choice

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Profile

Your profile and personal details (name, email, phone number) will be permanently erased

History

Your event history and preferences will be deleted

Transactions

Any tickets or transactions will no longer be accessible through your account

Data Retention Policy

For security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, we may retain certain information (e.g., payment or transaction records) for up to 90 days after deletion. After that, it will be securely and permanently removed.
